AP Testing
AP Testing is the first two full weeks of May. Any student who is enrolled in an AP class at Tri-Valley can sign up to take the test for the class they are taking. By taking the AP test, students have the potential to earn college credit, depending on the university they enroll in and the score they earn. AP tests are scored out of five. A score of a three, four or five will typically earn a student college credit. Each college has an AP page, which lists what accepted scores and credit earned for each test. Students who take the AP test also earn a weighted grade toward their GPA.
