Dual Credit Classes
To take dual credit classes at TVHS in 2020-2021, students must have complete a Heartland application and the ACCUPLACER Literacy and Math tests (unless students can qualify with PSAT scores).
Fill out the Heartland Application HERE - you will need your social security number.
Students who are currently enrolled in dual credit classes will not need to reapply but may need to reassess for next school year, depending on how they scored last year. Students who applied and tested into a dual credit class but chose not to take a class will not need to reapply or reassess, depending on how they scored last year.
Seniors who are planning on attending Heartland next year will need to reapply to move from being a College Now student to a Heartland student.
Seniors looking to transfer their Heartland credit to another college need to make sure they also have transcript sent from Heartland College using this link. College credit earned does not show up on a student's TVHS transcript, and I cannot send student's Heartland transcripts.
